Where to tap in for Trailer Lights?

so I took a few photos it’s a 4 pin:
Red/white/black/blue (NOTE: in the first photo I have taken out the white end cap)

That connector I believe is for the backup camera which I'm asuming you don't have since its blank.

 

The connector for the trailer plug if you have it would be on the drivers side and would have 8 pins.
It looks like the pins are there for the towing tail relay but the relay is not installed, I cant make out anything else.
Does your truck have DRL?

 

I looked around and autozone shows a 4 pin
“Hopkins Electrical Wire Connector 47815 “ that connects to a Hopkins 7pin connector?
Has anyone tried?

Edit: NO DRL (day time running lights) they are blanks

 

Thats the adapter harness to install a trailer brake controller, not for lighting.

 

Thanks I was looking in the fuse box a couple days ago for the fog lights and I saw the tow relay and fuse are there so I will have to look under the truck to see if I can dig up the connector you spoke of.
