the day before I took my hammer to it was the day after my truck qualified for a new frame at yet another dealership. however they sent me home in my truck (not a rental) then they told me my frame was on back order and it would be 6 months!!!

I have a meeting on July 17 with all the incompetent fucks that touched my truck I am suing for 30000.00 I WILL WIN!!

so I posted my u tube videos and they started to listen to me, I was in a rental the next day Ford f150!! my truck had a new frame put on within about 2 months, the frame swap parts were a little over $8000 with shipping, $3500 for rental + Toyotas labor. my truck had 291000 km at time of frame swap, 244000 at time of undercoating, and a black book value les than the parts, they officially repaired a write off

My dealer here in GA just refused an inspection on my ruck because they wouldn't get paid for it without proper billing codes from Toyota. What to do now?...I'm sick of contacting heffler and Toyota just to get the same answers

YES. I'm contemplating contacting my own lawyer. Trying to get definitive answers from anybody is nearly impossible. :frusty:

I think I'm going to start another thread of my experience in full with Heffler and Toyota during this process.

Unless you have an attorney on retainer all you will be doing is wasting your money (an honest lawyer will tell you that).

Until such time as the appeals are over and done with, and the Final Settlement is indeed final, your dealer or Toyota or Heffler are under no obligation to do anything...

    I get that, and agree.
I'm just stuck on the statement, "Toyota may decide to implement certain benefits of this settlement prior to the settlement being fully approved."
    I'm gonna keep emailing Heffler.
I just contacted Toyota Customer Service and they stated that they are not warranted to disclose information till the court proceedings are over. So I've hit a dead end there.
Heffler is the only option now.

I am not known for my optimism. The fact that a class action suit has taken place and will be finalized is the best thing that could happen at this point.A frame replacement will be done at some point. If this did not happen then I would own scrap metal.

Heffler Claims (click here) is just the class action administrator, the "settlement agent". They are not the plaintiff's attorneys and were just hired to run the website and do the paper work--i.e. they have nothing to do with anything...

So maybe keep directing emails to Toyota?
I just want my frame documented. Idk, I'd feel better knowing it was on file in case something happens.

There is a Canadian class action suit that was filed on 11/21/2016 and amended on 3/6/2017, however that seems to be as far as it has gone 'til now. The attorneys (Consumer Law Group) seem to be actively seeking class members; I know nothing of Canadian law but it almost seems as though they need some critical mass of plaintiffs to proceed...
