So I just got my new Tacoma Off Road. I know it’s all personal preference but which suspension lift offers the most comfortable ride? I have a bad back and I’m looking for something that makes it ride like a Cadillac...a.n article I read said that the Pro will float over a road at 40 mph that the Off-road would would shake the crap out of you at 10 mph. I was able to save about $9k by going with the 18 Off-road compared to a 19 Pro....I have been looking at the icon lifts but not sure what the differences are between the stages. Looking to stay under about $5k...I will be off-roading a fair amount between hunting, fishing and just messing around. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Pick any system you want for a 5k budget and you’d most likely be happy. Icon isn’t so popular here. The link below is where you can kinda info on all the suspension threads. Hit search and check the search this forum only.

    Good luck

Thank you! Icon is the one that keeps popping up while trying to research the vast array of options which is why I mentioned it. I appreciate the response!

Kings can never be a bad choice.

New system is out from Bilstein....8112 coilovers and 8100 bypass rears that you wont see much talk about in your search.

However it will only give you a 2” lift.

More interested in the ride quality over the lift heights.
