I have the same intake! Bought from Gadget at URD. I wanted the sealed intake because i didn't want to risk sucking water into my intake. I don't live in the desert! lol
It has been a good product so far. I would recommend you to keep it clean though or it will let dirt get threw. Check it once a month or so. Take it off and tap the dirt out of it or vacuum the dirt out of it. That should be good enough unless it gets really dirty. Then you can clean it out with the cleaning kit. I noticed better throttle response immediately and my butt dyno says i may have gained a few ponies too. I know alot of guys swear there is no benefit to these intakes, but i noticed some improvement. Plus i like the added noise :p It helps drown out the crickets in my dash! lmao

No it's not very loud. It gives the motor some much needed growl though. It is louder in the summer time. If you run it with the plug installed then it'll be pretty quiet. It was a piece of cake to install.

it has a rubber plug in the lower front part of the intake box that can be removed to allow more air to be pulled in. It doesn't show the plug in the pic. but you can see the hole.

U'll like it, I guarantee it. Check out this video: That's my truck with the exact same AFE intake you got. I can't post the video here cause it got banned already. :D:D:D
