    I'm happy with mine. Reasonable, not too rednecky or loud, but work well. Hit some really slick roads while camping in the rain last weekend and didn't even hesitate...no 4WD needed.

    have these tires and love them. have 3k miles on them, and they do look even better in person. I've also had the firestone destination a/t and they were great as well

    I had a set of these on my '99 to replace my previous 3 sets of BFG AT's (was getting 60k miles +) The price was good, traction was good. But the compound was soft and was wearing the lugs from acceleration alone. Also, I went though 3 sets before I got a set that would balance. Yes, 3 sets. Call me unlucky, but I will never but another General tire. Sold them off the truck when I sold the truck back to Toyota for a bad frame. Want a good rugged AT tire? Pay it out and go with the tried and true BFG.

    I wish they made the BFG in 6 or 4 ply in 265/70R16
