The time has come to buy a new battery I don’t need anything crazy. I do mostly commuting and some back roads here and there and I am not powering anything extra.

Longest warranty at the cheapest price.
Everstart is best bang for the buck. If you are having trouble finding 27f, you can run 24f.
Costco also carries interstate which are a great alternative.

If you have AAA, I would get a battery thru them. They have a great warranty. Most batteries you get only have a 2 year warranty, AAA offers a 6 year warranty. For daily use, any battery would work fine. So in my opinion, the warranty is what makes the difference.

A021CC93-0FD7-441B-8FBA-71A29B3B08C9.jpg Walmart Everstart. They have a pretty good warranty and if u ever have a problem and need to use the warranty throw a rock and you’ll hit a Walmart. MAXX 24F

As stated, Walmart's are as good as any, but if you want a 27F, you'll need to look elsewhere.

Lots of yack on this forums about non-original 27Fs not fitting. NAPAs Legend 27F does as mentioned above by @fixnfly.

I just replace mine, 2013 Tacoma, with the same stock battery which was about $150 installed and comes with a 7 year warranty.
Think its a great battery and price.
    7 year warranty :)

If it has a 7 yr. warranty and the same battery. How come the $150 this time? It’s only 6 yrs old.

Thanks for the input fellas, I ended up going with a 27f duralast gold due to a family discount through VatoZone. I tried a 24f duralast gold but the startup sounded pretty weak and went back and swapped them out.

I asked my dealer the same thing and they said the Toyota warranty only covers batteries for something like 4yrs and some how the manufacture warranty on the battery didn't apply.
I didn't like the answer, I was in and out with the new battery in 30 to 40 minutes and the new battery is covered with a 7yr warranty, think it has 160 or 165 reserve amps.

Advance has some good deals when you order online to get 30% off plus their SpeedPerks. Think I was out the door around $100 for their branded AGM when I replaced mine when I bought the truck,,, 3 year replacement, had one in my silverado, never an issue
