I believe when you factor in the height of the mounting channels underneath the iKamper, it will clear the fin. It definitely will if you're using our tonneau brackets, which add 2.5" to the height.

We will also be adding a 22" rack to our lineup, with an integrated over-cab extension.

For what it's worth the shark fin is about 22" from the bed. The dissent rack sets 1/2" above that so long items will clear.

    That's what I've heard.
I'm just waiting for it to get to the point I say fuck it, sand it down then bed line it.

The build quality is great no doubt but the finishing was complete shit on mine.

Does Dissent do a slightly lower version of the rack? I'd kill for one that is about 4" or so shorter so it's just below the roofline with the side panel doors. As good as it looks with both, I have no desire for a cab rack and I'm not a fan of the rack sticking up over the cab without one.

I am very happy with my Dissent setup. I have a CVT RTT and Softopper. The quality is excellent aside from my own laziness when I scratched the powder coat. @Dissent86 provided excellent customer service including multiple 30 minute phone calls patiently explaining installation questions etc. It works well for me!

I like how the lines flow from roof rack to bed rack! Although, I'm not sure I like the curve on the fairing. Just seems off with the windsheild line right there.

An easy fix is to wrap the first 8" of the cab above the windshield with black vinyl.
The fairing does have to be like this to fit the contour of the roof.

I do not currently offer a lower version.
I had planned on it but keep going back and forth. I do think it would look nice but everything you loose going down 4", is it really worth it? I have also thought about making a fairing of some sort for the bed rack to clean the look up a bit when run without the roof rack.

Damn. The lines on that rack with the side panels are sexy as fuck but I just don't want a RTT that high up if I don't have to. The mileage on this truck is bad enough as it is. I guess I'll go back to plan A and get one fabbed up locally.

You should build and offer some gear pod type containers that sit in the voids on the bed rack sides. Like a cabinet with a molle panel inside or something in it to hold gear that is water and dust proof.

Here's one, but this is our old rack. The MAX Modular stuff is where it's at now: https://www.max-modular.com/

Thanks, I’ll check it out! So far I think your racks look better than any I’ve seen.
