Which bumper to use?

I bought a bumper to replace the rusty one on my "new" 2002 Tacoma. A few days later, I saw another used one that I thought I would rather use. Now I have two and I am not sure which one I should put on the truck. The first one is an original off of a 2002 Tacoma. There is rust and it is starting to come through the chrome near the hitch hole. The second is shiny new looking and is apparently an after market. Does not seem as sturdy as the original bumper. Don't know who made it. Which one should I use? Any input is appreciated. See photos.

 

You bought a bumper from an unknown source of origin? I would stick to the OEM and restore it. OEM seems to be in good condition despite the rust (which could be restored).
