Maybe it's just me but if you are not a fan of red, won't you grow tired of inferno?
    IMO it's kind of red'ish / orange.
I am also a big Quicksand fan and man am I disappointed that I can't get that color in Double Cab in Canada!!! Such a stupid decision from Toyota Canada.

Make sure you see them in person. I love the quicksand in pictures but in person it looks far too gold for me. I prefer a more 'tan' shade of the color, as in the older trucks linked above.

In person I think the blue looks the best followed by white.

Stupid question, why did you buy white if you prefer blue?

Blue isn't available in the SR configuration. In fact, white is the only color available in my specific configuration that I've seen (SR without convenience or utility). I just didn't want to pay extra to get a color that I only find marginally more attractive! I don't really care about any of the other SR5 goodies.

Plain jane truck, Inferno. Modded truck, quicksand. I dont think the quicksand color looks all that great until you start tossing a few mods onto it.

I love my MGM though. I had the intentions of buying white but my GF talked me into the MGM and I am glad she did. I love it.

If quicksand was not so hard to find that's the color I would have gotten. By far the best looking color!

I wanted inferno or quicksand, but after looking at them in the Sport I stuck with Silver Sky Metallic. Both those colors look better on the OR. If I had gone OR I would have probably finally settled on Quicksand because it looks easier to maintain.

I did not like the quicksand the first time I saw it. It reminded me of Old Man Tan. They had similar colors 30 years ago.
But, the more I see it the more I like it. Seems like there is consensus in the posts above about it.

With that being said, don't let other people convince you to buy something you don't really like. After all we sit here miles away and you have to live with it every day. But, if you like the quicksand, seems like a bunch of people will like your ride!

Quicksand - It improves offroad capabilities, but it lowers MPG
Inferno - It is the fastest, but also lowers MPG. It sucks offroad.

Sweet trucks! You should paint those 3rd gen TRDOR wheels black. You won't regret it! I did that to mine.

Those are the two most polarizing colors out of all of them. The inferno looks better in person than it does in pictures, but (and I would never buy a truck based solely on this) think of the resalability of an inferno or quicksand. Which do you think will age better?
