Which engine oil is best out of these 3?

I currently live in Beirut, Lebanon. These are the only 3 oils I can find. I was using the Havoline 0w-20 dexos gen 1 and now finally we have access to the gen 3 stuff. These are the options.

the black Havoline is made in the usa. The Havoline evo is formulated in the usa and made in UAE. Liqui moly is German I think.
Will the eco one improve gas mileage?

Both the Havoline products are 8.4 dollars. The Liqui moly is much more expensive.

 

I've spent enough time cooking under the middle east sun, it is unforgiving. I'd go with the Haveline eco since it's made in the UAE for that market.

Bahrain, Iraq, Afghanistan. And my step daughter lives in Dubai, so been there as well.

Pick your poison any of them will work if u are changing out every 5k if going for 10k use the Toyota brand oil .
