It's not new, it's not Mexico
I use the Base Exchange gas station, the pumps are open 24/7 and five cents off per gallon with the Military Star Card. In town, the cheapest on my way.

I try to use Chevron because the rewards system comes in handy, it's the only customer appreciation system that I've routinely benefited from. Otherwise I'll pick between Murphy/Wal-Mart, usually the cheapest. 7-11, the 2nd cheapest . Or QT,the most convenient, sometimes the cheapest

Texaco is on that list... We use to have them around here (Raleigh, NC / Wake County area) and I would always notice better response / MPG on my mustang when I went to Texaco.. but they're all gone now... :(

I tried shell, I really felt like my truck was telling me "hell no!"

The only other one we have around here is Exxon.... but man they are always so much higher in cost.

    1) Costco
    2) ARCO (AmPm)
    3) any other cheap gas

Amigos, our Tacos have computers that adjust for octane automatically so we can use the cheapest gas and get the same performance as Chevron Supreme!

At least that's my story and I am sticky to it! LOL

Yeah I have ran into that. It was bad a couple years back but it is pretty common now. I get about $700 a year from this card. I usually buy my kids Christmas with it. Nice.
