You never pull a gun to show someone that you have it. If you ever have to pull a gun, you better shoot.

 

I remember MANY years ago (So the law may have changed) but in some states if you pull a gun, even if you don't fire it, and there was no proof of you being in danger, that YOU can actually be charged. Now again this was probably about 10-12 years ago. Anyone know if this is still the case?

 

Lots of laws against "brandishing a firearm." Depends on the case.

I don't pull out my gun or dick and not use it.

 

If you pull a gun and not use it you will go to jail here in Az. They told us during the concealed weapons class even using your hand to look like a gun or indicate you would shoot someone with a gun is enough to end up in jail.

I don't want the person knowing I have a gun. That's my ace up the sleeve.

 

laws are so screwed up that they'll let the guy slide on any violations or tickets. It wasn't illegal when he was driving and recording in the private parking lot, its when he dangerously drove around her and disobeyed a couple traffic laws.

This shit happens all the time, its only when it gets recorded it becomes golden.

 

You mean the female right? It appeared she was the one driving dangerously and getting aggressive, isn't bullying illegal, or does that end with childhood?

 

I meant the guy. The lady also drove dangerously, but its a private parking lot. It wasn't illegal for him to record in the parking lot, it was when he drove off it tho.

 

She's so uptight you couldn't hammer a finishing nail into her ass.

Even if she reached her had in his window to assault him. He is still in his truck, he should have had the window up! And with video to prove it, he can't argue that he felt for his safety while having the window down and recording

Probably about lat February- early April I was on my road bike and some guy pretty much did this to me.

He claimed I cut him off despite us being on a road w/out a bike lane (the bike lane turned into a left hand turn lane), and approaching a red light. He was about 3-4 truck lengths away and I took the center of the lane so he wouldnt try and squeeze past me.

He comes to a stop nice and gently, gets out and starts yelling at me for cutting him off yada yada yada. I asked him, "do you own this road?" and he said "I pay my god damn taxes, so yes, this is my fucking road".

Well light turned green, I left him mid-sentence and after I crossed the intersection and was back in the very LARGE bike lane (a car could fit), he decides to pass me so close his tow mirror was within an inch of my head.

I don't get people

Someone sped after him, not sure of the outcome though

people like this need an ass whooping. Man or woman. Learn some decency and move on with your life. What a great lesson for her kid in the passenger seat.
