I gotta say hands down the dodge ram beats all the other trucks in the market. One of the best full size trucks out there. (Tacoma wins great small truck). The power of the hemi beats all the trucks. I had an 07 hemi and the power from that stock truck beat all others. I miss her. No problems with her for the two years i had her. Dad had a 01 ane a 05 and he loved them too. Mopar all the way guys, sorry haha. Oh and the funny thing is, is that i love mopar and my dad did to and now I have a tacoma and he has a tundra haha. Go figure, idk haha.

The sales volume means they continue to discount the crap out of every years "New Model" so they can continue to say they are the number one selling truck. Its a pick your poison between the three. I know people who have owned all three trucks of recent models. Chevy's are good trucks. nothing spectacular or wow about them. The interior is very cheap plastic and that takes away from the overall look and feel of it. Every person I know who has owned a Dodge has had some kind of major component go bad between 50,000 -75,000 miles. The Ford is a damn nice truck but most of the people I know who have owned one have had transmission problems. Its hit or miss. Other wise damn nice truck. Look at all three and Im sure you will agree the Ford has the best looking build quality. Good luck.

My parents have a 2006 Expedition. The interior is nice but the thing has had problems from the start. They ended up having to get the engine replaced. I will never own a Ford.

out of those three i would choose the f150. i think they definitely know what they are doing right now...definitely not the silverado though they need to get their act together at least with their most current ad

I just traded my 08 Tacoma for a 2011 Dodge Laramie 1500 4x4 Crew Cab with the Hemi. (And I agree with OP....I love the agressive look of it!)
My dad is a Ford nut as of the past few years. He bought a 2011 Ford F-150 FX4 Eco Boost

My Dodge seems "TO ME" to be more comfortable, roomier and quicker than his.
The new Ford engine almost sounds "electric" to me.

I prefer the layout of my Dodge over the Ford.

I haven't checked on his mileage...but I drive 85 miles one way to work every day 5 days a week. Running 70-75 I'm getting 17.5 average miles per gallon....there's hills and grades so take it FWIW. (My lifted 08 Tacoma 4x4 was getting 13.5 on the same road..same speeds.)

I owned a Dakota before the Tacoma...and loved it....no issues. My dad had an 07 Ford F-150 Lariat before and loved it.

    To each his own.
