So I have two sets of motometal 951 rims, one set is chrome with BFG all terrains and another set of black rims with Mickey Thompson MTZs. I bought the black ones to be abused for wheeling and the chrome for street driving. I am going to buy 35" Toyo Open Country MT's and these will be on my truck ALL the time, so I'm gonna sell the rims that i don't use. What do yall think?

I vote for whatever you like best. Black and Chrome both have their drawbacks. Chrome will likely peel and flake in the next 3-4 years, and black seems to be what everryone wants to put on their truck. So I say if you like it, then put it on your truck, and to hell what anybody else thinks

So true but I can't stand the way chrome rims look on these trucks.

I voted black because it has nice chrome accents to offset some of the black. Chrome is for mall-crawling Hummers in my opinion. "Chrome don't get you home."

I have a sport and want the Moto's. Should I go with 17's or downsize to 16's?

I originally bought the chrome rims because i like the look on my truck and they're classier, but as soon as i did some serious rock trails my rims started to get chewed up, so i got the black set with more aggressive tires for wintertime and wheeling

It's up to you, i would say if you're gonna run a 33" tire go with 16's depending on your suspension set up. I had to get 17's due to my new spindles with the drop bracket lift

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I voted black I think the black set looks better on your truck. But it's your truck so it doesn't really matter what we think it's what you like.
