Which size of tire should I put on my truck?

    3 inch lift
    I'm looking for new wheels and tires and I was just wondering what size of tire should I get with a 3 inch lift, and without it affecting my turning.

    265/75/16, 265/70/17, 255/85/16 or 255/80/17 are all the tires sizes I know of that don't require trimming

    I was serious though

    34x10.5x17 is basically a 265/80/17

    TW member Teamfast just put them on his truck , they're my next tire too

    So far I like my 265/75/16. I Down sized from a 285/75/16. I have about a 3 inch lift.
    OME 886 up front and Dakars in the back. I was nervous going to a smaller tire but I think I like it better.

    The tire Oz suggests is a great option. The true 33" tires in 255 width are a good option too.

    255/75r17. It's available in many C load (6 ply) options. Won't hut mpg's, fills out the wheel well enough, slightly narrower tread pattern has all sorts of benefits.

    Yeah I do notice a difference. Looking at 255 but just not enough options. I even went with a load range C to get a bit lighter of a tire.... sounds like there might be more options in a 17 inch rim though.
