apologies, Been bz, anyways, I did get the work done and its been almost 4k miles. No chirps, or issues to report. As far as performance, I couldnt feel too much of a difference, except maybe the engine/flywheel would spin the engine a bit longer/more and made shifting smoother and easier. I havent been wheeling on it yet, but it is my daily driver, and I feel like the exedy clutch could handle the heavy flywheel fine, but if I put it through its paces I feel like I should of gone with the URD matched clutch... we shall see soon enough when I find time for wheeling.

I appreciate your recommendations... I'm going to order the URD Stage 2 clutch kit w/ TOB and a new OEM flywheel. Did you receive a clutch alignment tool as part of your clutch kit from URD, I'm curious since URD doesn't list it as an included item?

Hey Tiger541...summer is almost over, get wheeling man and test out that heavy flywheel!:mudding:thanks for the update!

Hahahah! Close. Stuff was just starting to pile up. Had the frame treatment tsb done. Wasn’t happy with the crappy job they did coating it. Would of rather have had the frame replaced, but who wouldn’t. The leaf spring tsb needed to be done, but wouldn’t you know, no parts. The clutch that squeaked all summer, and stuck to the floor all winter. I guess the thought of a forth TOB pushed me over the edge...the original, the tsb replacement, the URD, and then, whatever I chose to replace that. Was just over the truck, and in the frame of mind that a full size would suit my needs better, which it does.

Well, luckily i haven't had any other issues. Just the tsb needle bearing and its been good for 40k. My TOB lasted almost 90k, so i guess its not that bad. Maybe i should just go stock and hope for another 90k, if URD isnt any better. Still deciding.

Thanks for the update. Glad you got out of your truck and into something you like, hopefully, lol...
