Ha well. As you noted. Ignorance is a choice. I’ll be here when you make the right one.

Also with positive caster you get more steering feel (weighted, self steer), helps keep the truck under control in high speed sections.

I got about 2.5-3 inches of lift. Its not stiff, only starts to get stiff if you adjust the shock to try and get more height from it. Tires are BFG KO2's 285/75/16

Holy shit- can you post a pic of your alignment printout?

How do your cams allow for 3* more Caster than mine? I'm running the JBA high caster UCAs as well...

I vote Camburg. They look super sweet, offer lots of adjustability, and they are crazy well made. The ball joint covers are so tight tolerance that you have to put a piece of fishing line in between the cap and the arm on install to avoid an air lock (per Camburg's instructions)

ive had both the lr ucas and uniballs.

uniballs require more maintenance and give more travel. the ball joints are easier to maintain but their designs dont offer the same room for movement as the mentioned.

given both you need to decide what is more important, the price difference between the two is a few hundred. spcs give a lot of room for adjustment but you need alignment shops that would want to touch them.

Regarding SPC arms. They redesigned the arms, anyone know what the difference is between the two? Any have a part number for the latest version? Trying to shop around for a price but making sure I get the latest version arms.

Part numbers are the same (25470). The arm is fully forged now versus partially forged with a tube section welded on. Headstrong has the newest version.

They have been forged for a while. The difference is the bushings.

The bushings did change a year or two ago. The arms also changed to fully forged earlier this year. At first I had a hard time getting the newest version. I had to send a few back then ended up ordering from Headstrong.

Hard to see but this is the partially forged with the tube welded on.

    Here is the newest version.

I've got Icon Tubular UCAs with Delta Joints on order. As much as I wanted the Billet UCAs, because they look cool AF, I don't run deserts and I saved $500.

If u aren’t running your truck like a trophy truck in the desert or at high speeds over washboard roads having resevoir shocks and hi-end UCAs is overkill. I’ve ran the SPC UCAs (tubular welded) and OME 90021 shocks over intense trails and oscillating terrain with zero issues. I even got the truck on 3 wheels and it performed flawlessly. Keep in mind many people on this forum enjoy draining their wallets for aesthetic purposes. Going overkill on equipment for a Tacoma unless it is being used for that application is purely for looks and not function. I’m not trying to dog on anyone, but there are a lot of daily drivers putting very expensive components on a truck that isn’t actually using them...kinda silly

I talked to LSK suspension and they are willing to do a 10% discount for TW members. Dont know it that is just for me or everyone on here. But thought I would spread the word. There boxed arms look so rad.

Bushings changed in the last several months. My SPCs are only a year old and don’t have the new goochie bushings.
