Which Utah Route from AZ to SLC?

    This week, I'm taking a road trip from Tucson Arizona up to Jackson Hole. I have about 4 or 5 days to play with. I intend on spending at least a day of snowboarding at one of the resorts near SLC. Which is the more scenic route heading North from AZ? Not neccasarily seeking the quickest route if a longer route is worthy of nice picturesque scenery.. I will be camping in my RTT along the way. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
