Eventually, I'm gonna want to do one of the two things and money is always an issue, which leads me to this question. Which one would be cheaper to do for my truck? A turbo or supercharger? I'm not really too much interested in performance. Well, I am, but they both have their benefits, so to me in performance, they are equal. I'm just wanting to know which one would be cheaper to do.

If you get a TRD supercharger and have toyota install it you get a warranty with it. URD has a sweet kit but no long term warranty. Look up both kits, and plan on spending almost 1grand in labor if toyota installs it, You could install the URD kit but i would recommend to have it installed which stil will be a chunk of change.

Thanks. Yeah, it seems like I've noticed people who run that kinda stuff are runnin' a supercharger.

From what I have been looking at it seems to be more convenient to go with the TRD Supercharger and call it a day. I plan on grabbing one rather soon.

Is a turbo a lot to fool with or something?
