My 2004 dc 3.4 is making a whine noise between 30 and 40. It starts right at 30 and immediately stops at 40. It doesn't matter if im in neutral or in drive. I have tried shifting the auto transmission manually and it doesn't matter what gear just speed sensative. I have already changed center support bearing and checked ujoints. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All fluids look fine in diffs, no play in the cv's.

Could it be tire whine? Just adding another dimension to the possibilities here. :)
