squeaky wheel gets the grease. Seriously. If you complained about it before, they have it on record, should be easy for them to do an out of warranty replacement for a complain that was made within warranty.

The tsb will come out once your truck is out of warranty.

Called yesterday and my 2014 with 36000 is out of warranty , even tough I reported this noise since it had probably less that 5000 miles , its ridiculous ..

Have not taken mine out yet to see if it solved the problem, but I ran a piece of drip irrigation hose through the weather stripe along the front of the hood to stiffen it up.

Well, no matter how much extra weather stripping i put around my passenger door i cant seem to solve this racket!

I finally ordered a new door seal. The dealer i used said its backordered, but it shows lots of them coming to regional warehouses. Hopefully because its a re-engineered part. The number does supercede two older part numbers. Im praying it works because i will avoid the dealership at all cost.

Took my 2015 in for this problem and they tightened up the tension on the window motor it seemed to diminish the problem but not totally erase it I will say I didn't notice it until I put window tint on. Side note my Dad was the service manager and still had no solutions other than to tighten the motor tension. Just crank the radio up or try those rain guards over the door may help deflect some of the wind.

I use to wonder if the whistle came off the side mirror. I only notice it on high cross winds. :annoyed:

seriously people... its a 3 dollar fix... you can get like 50 feet of 1/4in dripper pipe irrigation line at any hardware store for a few bucks. Cut 3 pieces per door and this will tighten up the door seal.

I've noticed this whistle maybe 3-4 times in right at 1 yr of ownership in my 2015. But it has only lasted maybe 5 seconds each time. Sounds like it is coming right from where the windshield meets the A pillar on the driver's side. If it gets worse I may try to thread a piece of nylon rope through the weatherstripping or try the drip irrigation hose.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have the sticky side on the frame of the door?
