hello everyone, just purchased a 2003 tacoma and it has some mods to it. cold air intake and a throttle body spacer. i'm hearing a whistling sound that sound like a belt too tight but i think it's the mods. just wondering if it's one or the other or a combination of the two. it's kind of annoying. it doesn't do it when its in neurtral only in gear. any help would be appreciated. thank you.

cold air intake makes a whistling noise and so does the throttle body spacer.

Only does it first few gears after that you can get on it and it doesn't make any noise. Normal?

That's the sound of mods trying to suck the money out of your wallet. Mods always want more mods.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
ditch the tb spacer first and see what happens. they're more annoying than they're actually worth.
