They are made by this company usspeedo.com . I was thinking that someone on here would have done this for sure. I think it would look pretty cool. Alot like the Carola S edition .

I've done white face swaps with different trucks in the past. It is a huge PITA to do it and get it right. The mod is pretty simple, but getting the needles to be accurate afterwards is what takes forever. I don't know if it's different on the Tacoma, but on some trucks in the past it was a lot of testing and adjustments to get everything close to accurate. If I were to ever do this again, I would leave it to a professional shop that I could bitch at if my speedometer was wrong.

I've taken my gauges apart many times, both sober and drunk, and it's easy as hell. All of my needles are accurate. Just remember where they are when you take them apart and put them back in the same spot.

seen those a lot on other trucks, but never on a taco...guys on here like to change out the leds in the gauges more...takes the same amount of time, is cheaper, and you can choose any number of colors and combinations.

LOL! That never worked for me. Every time I would take extreme measures to be as careful as possible and the closest I ever got was being 5 MPH off at 60 MPH. But after 3-4 tweaks it was accurate. The time consuming part was pulling them out, taking it apart, making the adjustments, putting it back together and back into the dash to run another test.

This is GREAT!!! Not only is it cool that you can add the little TRD sign. You can also goto backcatcustom.ca and get the Speedos in KM/H THAT IS AWESOME.

I would really like to see what this one looks like lit up at night time. Please take some pics at night and show them!!!:)
