    Yeah, If I get a "fix it" ticket I'll just change back. Hell... there are people around here running with full tinted windshields. Now that to me is fucking stupid but whatever.

    Black would look good. In fact there was a write up on some black ones that I used to do mine. It really isn't hard at all, just time consuming. Prep is (like everything) the key. It took me most of the day to get them to this stage. One more sealing and I'll be done.

    I went with the cheap Chinese knockoffs. Think they were 100 bucks for a pair? Everything is going to be painted and resealed anyways.

    Looks really clean. I haven't considered this until the other day i was looking at the back having a smoke and drinking my joe in the morning. i was thinking the stock tails look bad. then this thread. maybe gonna go for it.

    It's really easy honestly. Just make sure you take your time while cutting through the glue that holds the lens to the housing. If you don't want to do it to your factory lights you could always buy a cheap set of Depos and do it to those. Result would be the same and would allow you time to prep and let them set and cure before putting them back on.

    Sorry. I'm trying my best to find a reason to like them, but I can't. Maybe they'll look better once they're mounted? They kinda remind me of the late 80s, early 90s for some reason. Just too much white.
