I have a 17 TRD ORLB and looking for a new canopy. On all my previous trucks i have had a softtopper and love them. I still might go with one if i can find a good idea for an outer shell.

My questions/thought was how would a hard top shell look on a white truck if it was a different color? Most likely black since i always get white trucks with the black softtopper. Any pictures and maybe info on what shell you have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
That wouldn’t look bad but i wouldn’t do it if I lived in warmer climates for the heat it would gather back there- hard tops don’t breathe like soft ones do. Bad for ice chests, food storage and morning sleep ins if you camp. I always have bought white toyotas and white shells for that very reason.
