whitecloud, do you have a rough idea of how much you have in materials for the sliders? Also are you worried that the open square tubing may catch on a rock/tree?
    Looks awesome

Each of the tubes are roughly 96 inches long. The ones I build I usually get about 40 ft and end up with about 3-4 ft left over. I do seal the ends of the tubes so that it is a sealed system and they dont catch on anything. I was eventually going to add another brace near the rear of the tubes onto the frame just in front of the leaf spring. But from wheeling with them and landing hard on them many times I haven't had the need to yet.

Thanks buddy. Hopefully Silas can get them done this week and I can get the truck back rolling by Fri with the new gears to put some mileage on them.

Finished regearing the front and rear to a 4.56 :D Now to get them back in the truck and then put on 500 miles before I can tow, haul or wheel. :( Also have to get ahold of Silas and see if the new tires are mounted to the wheels yet and if he can send a pic. Or I might go and bug him tomorrow about it.

What's up buddy? Yeah I have had a build thread for quite a while. The side marker lights are bulb number 194. I actually got rid of the blue ones and have a red ones now. Thanks for the plug for my stuff Ghost. You have a text incoming.

And thanks for all the comments and positive rep guys.

I think you need a least one red switch with a clear plastic cover. Nuclear missile launcher style.

Those are the covers from the old ones on the dash. You can get the switches and the mounts at http://Otrattw.com/

The ones on the center console are just sitting there at the moment they do not have anything mounted to them. I was trying to decide if I like the position or not.

Progress so far on the rear bumper........

Start after I flipped the hitch around...

Added some mounts for the tube.

Upper and lower tube and the mount for the swing away. Had to grind down a bunch on the swing away to get it to open 180 degrees and have the tailgate still open.

Swing away actually has a turnbuckle to lower the tire to the ground so that you don't have to pull it off from chest height.

Pretty centered for the 1st try...

Had to take a little off the bedsides to accommodate the side supports. Bed side will get a small layer of bedliner to help with the rust. Inside is also braced so that it doesn't move around as much.

I'll try to post a better pic of the finished one. This is as close as I have at the moment. The curved corners were matched and in as well as a diagonal brace from the front of the bedside pieces to the lower part of the center section.
