FWIW I hate my white line bushings anyways and wish I went oem. Or just bought moog full replacements and saved myself the hassle.

Greasing them is a whole ordeal. Have to take them completely off. And without the bumps like stock lcas to bite into the frame mounts, these things slide around a tiny bit in my total chaos cam tabs.

Hmm that sounds like they're not torqued enough. The bolts should sammich the tabs to the center tube and that should not move at all.

Should being the key word. They’re torqued right factory spec which is 103 IIRC. Have you seen the “teeth” I’m talking about on the factory lcas? They left missing paint on the inside of the mounts from the digging in. I’ve read of others with similar issues. They’re not a big enough issue to do anything about, but if I could do it over I wouldn’t bother with rebuilding these lcas.

I understand what you're talking about but I guess it's like the SPC UCA's, some people have problems with them but they work 100% for me without issue.

For those that have installed the whitelines has anyone else experience them slipping and throwing alignment?

when using a BJ press kit or bushing driver set, what are the exact cup or bushing size measurements needed to press in Whitelines to the Toyota factory Gen 2 LCAs? Thanks.

The exact sizes aren't in those kits. When I did mine they were close and you had to keep an eagle eye on them.

I use a 1-7/8" socket for one of the bushings and a cup from the kit for the other. Not sure what size it is exactly.
Like Sandman said above, just need to keep a close eye on how the edge of the cup/socket is seated against the bushing to be sure it goes in properly.

Not that I have noticed. My alignment holds better than it ever has, but that is most likely due to have new cam tabs welded in. :D

Rear OD is 2.220” ID of metal sleeve is 2.04” OAL is 3.300”
Front OD is 1.898” ID of metal sleeve is 1.740” OAL is 2.590”
I also roughly measured the size of the LCA eyes to make sleeves myself and got roughly Rear: 2.248 & Front 2.200

Just got done with installing these whiteline bushings at home with no press... not impossible but definitely a bit of a bitch. You definitely have to freeze them and need to clean out the ID where the bushings get pressed into. Getting them started it the hardest part, you have to hold your mouth just right to keep the bushing centered for the first 1/2 inch or so.

Leaving these pics here hoping it helps someone tackle this in the future:

I did my entire suspension and these were just about the worst part to install.
I ended up taking the old stock bush and burning out all the rubber so I could use the sleeve to press in the Whitelines. I didn't have any issues with the Whiteline sleeves crumpling or anything.
I'm happy with the performance so far but I believe I will go another route next time.

SuperPro maybe. They have complete LCAs or just bush sets. It's all listed for the Hilux though, I'm still waiting on a reply from them as to the compatibility of that product line with our USDM Tacomas.

A few mods here and there and counting....
Curious about the SuperPro LCAs as well. Keep us updated on the compatibility of those units.

No worries, hopefully they'll respond in a decent timeframe.

UPDATE 08/13/2020: Still no response from the AU SuperPro or USA branch.

In Australia they sell them through many of their local auto parts stores like SuperCheap, Autobarn, Autopro and Burson.
I typed up an email and sent it to around 100 of those stores today and some local shops who carry SuperPro stuff. We'll see if any of them respond and hopefully one of them can get us an answer!
