    Enough for now
I mean I definitely wish I could test drive a Rivian or Hummer EV truck through the desert and see if I like how it handles……..

I’ve had none of these problems. Just because it’s happened to a few trucks, doesn’t mean it happened to all of them. The poll in this thread indicates that.

    Ac leak? What’s that?

How many trucks are affected though?
Just because you saw a few on TW, means nothing. There are many, many happy Tacoma owners.

My buddies trucks and my truck don’t have any of those issues by the way.

No manufacturer is perfect, just the way it is. Toyota/Lexus is definitely the best bet.

Of course you are entitled to your opinion, we all are. But calling Tacoma’s little quirks “issues” is not right IMO of course.

I think they were trying to convince you they are entitled to their own opinion as well. Should I not like my truck because you tell me I shouldnt, or should you like your truck because we tell you, you should.

Honestly have mixed feelings about my turd gen. Its so bulky and has so many onboard nanny features.
Feel like the double cab looks like an SUV
Really wanted a first gen, the size, reputation and looks are unparalleled.

i dont have the money to trade for a 3rd gen ACLB either…however, it is a sturdy ass vehicle so i’ll prob keep it till the wheels fall off

I didn’t like the 3 rd gen at first I had a 2015 SR5 but know I have a 2017 SR it has a better turning radius though, love it so far rides better too thanks
