I used to visit TheChive all the time, had the black KCCO back when you had to go to the "secret" link. Now, even though I have the app on my phone I probably only browse 3-5 galleries a week.

I used to be religious about not missing an album ever. I'd spend too much time on there. Now that I'm in law school, free time is kinda rare, so I just look at the top posts each day. My favorites are the fun facts, history stuff, and cool stories. Oh, and things that bounce Thursday

 

My KCCO sticker got washed off the last time I had my truck washed. wtf. I guess that gives me an excuse to get some chive gear and a decal

 

Same here! Used to go to it all the time! However I am busy and since the new stupid phone update where all the pictures display at once instead of one at a time, it takes way too much time to load. Also with the new update all the gifs play at the same time - takes forever to load and when you get to the gif you probably see it right in the middle and the funny part isnt so funny anymore

 

I think they just came out with an update a few days ago to smooth all that out

 

Does anyone listen to their pod casts..?

I listened to the first 2 or 3, but fell behind and never listened to them again. I remember the one with Mark Cuban was hilarious

Ah did they? I tried opening it yesterday but it would crash. I haven't updated my phone since last summer so that might be the problem

I don't get it. What is chive? I see the kcco stickers on cars all the time and even noticed kcco beer in my local kroger store the other day

 

The Gold Lager is great!

 

It's an app that posts different albums throughout the day...most of the pictures are hot chicks, funny pics, drunk folks, and other cool/funny pics and videos. What has gotten them huge is their flash charity drives. They always pick kids/soldiers/cops/people in need and get the Chivers (people who use the app) to donate a few bucks and it ends up raising a fuck-ton of money for medical/living expenses for people truly in need. The people who run it aren't a big corporation or anything...they're just normal drunks with a good heart who advocate the 'pay it forward' message and having a good time. Check it out; it's awesome!

Yes try it! I wasn't fond of the Black Lager. I can't remember if I've posted this in here or not but I'm rocking a BFM sticker on my rear window. So yes, I chive.
