Who does weld up bumper applications?

    Apparently relentless doesn't offer their high clearance rear bumper in a DIY option anymore and I'm not paying $1000+ for a bumper. so who else does a nice DIY high clearance rear bumper? I'd like to keep the front and rear by the same company but for now I'm just looking for a replacement company. Must be HIGH clearance and DIY.
