Looks like 265/75r16 tires, and Bilstein 5100's set to 1.75 inches in front, and either a 1.5 or 2inch add a leaf in the rear.

I'm sure somebody will step in that knows this guys actual set up

3" Procomp lift, 285/70 R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on Procomp series 6005 wheels, Fog lights on Anytime mod, illuminated oem fog switch, bed mat, all weather floormats, CB Radio in dash, alternating turn signal mod, automatic center console light. Blacked out badges, D2s in the grille.
That could be any 3" setup. You can't see the suspention components to be sure, unless I'm blind. Lol. and you shoulda checked on the tire itself for the size. Tires could be 285/70 R17

x2. Can't tell if they're 17 or 18" rims but the tires look to be either 275 or 285s.
