Paid Cash. Hate Financing

 

Mine is paid off, but then again I traded two vehicles for it and just wrote a check for the difference (which wasn't too much).

Mama helped me out so I owe her about 15k. Great thing is no interest but I'll be done paying her by next yr for it.

 

Just payed off... Hopefully the mod bug doesnt hit me hard!

 

Paid off the day I picked her out and brought her home on May 6, 2010. Dad dropped $27,000 along with a $8,000 trade in for my old truck to get a Magnetic Metallic Gray Double Cab TRD Sport 2010 model.... yyyaaahhhoooooooo....now to just pay every 6 months for insurance and every year for registration! Thanks father...

 

Gaah! Lotta big money boys in here!! Chippin away @ mines for 5 years....did the same with my last Taco. Owe what its worth tho.....

 

Paid off...bought my 2005 TRD sport in December of 2007 with just 10000 miles for $16000

need 2 years left and that stupid payment is done.

 

Just traded in my paid-off 2002 for a 2009, so the clock restarts for 5 more years. I'll likely have it paid off much earlier than that though. A good trade + good downpayment makes it pretty easy.

I got mine about December 2008. I owe still $9500, hope to finish paying off before next summer.

 

Ha.. Haha.. I wish it was paid off. Got it 3 weeks ago and the first payment isn't due for another 3 weeks. But hopefully it will be paid off in the next 2 years.

My financial philosophy dictates that I not buy another big-ticket item on credit...ever again! A new house would be my ONLY exception. Why pay someone to use their money. I saved for 6 years...and made a lot of interest in the meanwhile. I passed up a lot of "gotta have" trucks during that time, but ended up getting a truck like I wanted all along. It takes a LOT of discipline but it pays off in the end! Imagine how great it feels to drive off the lot and NEVER have to make a payment! SWEET
