    I paid mine off last week after selling my Triumph Speed Triple. 2013 TRD OR with less than 14K miles paid in full. Feels good man.

    I totaled a 2011 Ford truck that was paid for. I used that insurance money plus some to buy my new truck outright. I had to get the base model, but it's well worth it to drive MY truck and not the bank's.

    IMO that's a great win win, everybody benefits and should be happy/proud! Truck is certainly cheaper than tuition and you are rewarded for your hard work and efforts. Not all families are able to do this but it's great when you can. Our daughter graduated on time and with scholarship and also worked while in college. We were happy to surprise her with down payment for her home with money we had previously saved for her college. Hard work usually eventually pays off.
