    laid off after 30 yrs on the job, and outta work six months last year... back working now (lucky me) so I can't bitch about the payments:)

    3" Revtek kit, , Wet Okole seat covers. Now with 285/70/17 BFG all terains on Moto Metal 955 17x9 chrome wheels. Tube steps, Tinted windows. Used to have 265/70/17 BFG all terrains on Mickey Thompson Classic Bead lock wheels,
    Paid off in November 08! Put something like 75% down payment helped:)

    Traded in a ford ranger edge. We had to special order mine back in April 2005. Paid cash under invoice. It felt great for a few months when I could count the number of 2ndgen tacos on one hand.

    try paying 53k after everything. Talk to me then about being able to pay it off. I put ten grand down, traded in my car they gave me 4500 for, so saved some of the taxed there, and still five seventy a month for five years.

    Mine is paid for, was from the get-go. I sold a paid-off Jeep Wrangler that I had for $11K, then dredged up an additional $8K and bought the relatively inexpensive 4wd regular-cab. It was fun to go into the dealership and write a check.
