yeah... but oh well... I'm really surprised by the amount of O5s... other than that typical distribution... I kinda wish I would have included warrant though, maybe an admin could help me out with that?

Hmmm . . . I was just noticing the poll numbers, & not only do the enlisted outnumber the officers, so do the NCOs.:D I wonder how much of a difference it would've made to have warrants in there.

O-3 army aviation, i have a couple soldiers submitting warrant packets and even aviation soldiers are having a hard time getting picked up. From what i have heard lately they are only picking up nco's. I did read an article about the army increasing its flight warrant numbers, but who knows when that will actually take place. Nice thread, we should try to get the DOD to authorize a tacoma mod allowance/incentive pay.

The polls are limited to 8 options. Unless you group some together you're stuck with what's up there.

So apparently, the poll limits have been upped. Please feel free to edit as necessary.

Let me know how you would like it edited and I'll take care of it for ya. Currently limited to 15 options from what the Bossman said.

    Hopefully nothing gets lost.

Just like in real life...I know the Coast Guard is approx. 42000 AD members...Only 8K are officers. About 30 or so flags last time I remember reading the numbers.

All the services officer allowances are based on the same percentage of total manpower....just the DoD Services are far larger over all.
