    I retired as an E-6 from the Air Force. I am now a GS-13 as an Air Force employee. A GS-13 is equivalent to an O-5.

    Taco dudes what is wrong with being a 05+. It took me years of "edu-me-cation", long hours at work, hard times, 2 divorces, 3 war zones, brokenbones, back stabs from my co-workers, etc...

    I think it had more to do with seeing new O1's and such driving Corvettes and all of the BMW's seen cruising base. And it is hard to imagine that your Commander does anything besides wait for an incedent to happen so he can be first responder to the ass chewing.


    I know better though.

    I am a GS13 For the DoD and i am in iraq now. All i have to say is thank you to everyone of you guys and girls that lay your life on the line so i dont have to worry about working over here. And who ever has the sig with two guys high fiving and america fuk yea. U have the best sig i have seen yet. Thanks again guys and girls

    Not as hard as you might think. I know a GS-13 who was just 26 when she picked it up. Graduate with the right degree or have the right job on an out of HS enlistment and you are set to get a great GS job pretty early.
