Do you like the stock OR wheels?

  1. Yes, I like them.

    52.8%
  2. They're okay. I don't hate them enough to get new wheels. Still not as bad as the chrome grille.

    33.7%
  3. No, they're hideous. Can't get the snowflake image out of my head.

    13.6%

Here is my list of best to worst OEM wheels

    1) 2G TRD Pro (classic fake beadlocks. beautiful wheels)
    2) 3G TRD OR (edgy and different, not typical boring wheels)
    3) 2G TRD Sport (classic look, especially clean and shiny with nice tires)
    4) 3G TRD Pro (they look decent)
    5) 3G Limited (they're nice on a DD)
    6)3G TRD SR (they're alright)
    7) 2G TRD OR (boring as hell)
    8) 3G TRD Sport (hideous IMHO)

I like them a lot, the fitment, the bore center the lugs everything fits perfect. The quality of an OEM wheel is always superior to most aftermarket junk. Of course there are better aftermarket wheels but their costly. But as with the color of the truck wheels are subjective and a personal choice. All black wheels look the same driving by , all black wheels look the same at night, all black wheels look the same from 15 feet away, so whether you got the stocks black steel wheels or $200 Black alloys they look the same to most , unless you're up close . Buy what you like.

Why does everyone hate the sport wheels? I didn't like them at first but they grew on me and I like them a lot now!

Love mine, bought a fifth for my spare. New rims aren't even on the last page of things I want to buy for the truck...

If I were ballin' I'd replace them. I'm not, so I'll spend my money on functional stuff.

You got a pic of that tire gate, I've been looking a little at them.

Okay, I'll be more specific: I'll spend my money on stuff that serves a more immediate and critical function, such as tires, winch & recovery, skids, sliders, etc., before I will on wheels that you hope make you look good in the Chili's parking lot. Y'all are so damned nitpicky round heyah.

Agreed. To me, mine look too flat. If the outside edge had more of a lip and if it stuck out more (giving a wider profile/footprint) it would look so much better. But I guess I'm getting into wheel offset territory now so I'll go back to playing my online domino game...

I really like the wheels. In fact I made a deal to buy a members wheels from a posting on TW.

This guy has been giving me the run around for 17 days………I guess he likes his wheels after all!

I want to black them out but make it permanent. Anyone know of any other option better than plastidip but cheaper than powder coating them?
