I'm a newish member, but long time Tacoma lover and first time owner. There seems to a negative attitude around here about the 3rd gen and few positive threads. I was thinking let's start a thread that lists all the positive things to like about our trucks.

The overall looks of the truck is agressive.

I also really dig stock capability. It doesn't take a shit ton of money to be able to go off road and have a great time.

The after market is amazing. it's like legos for adults.

The seats fit my short stature and I find them rather comfortable.

The heater and AC work better than my wife's Forester.

There are many more likes/loves about my truck. What I love the absolute most is, the Tacoma has been unattainable for 15 f*ckin years. I finally own (half, the banks stills owns the rest) my dream car/truck.

    Cheers, turdgenners.

I have 36 inch inseam and love the leg room. love the JBL radio, the 6 foot bed, smooth engine. This is the best thought out Toyota I've had and we've bought about 15 in the last 25 years between my wife, daughter and myself. It could use a bit more power and better gas mileage. No real downsides.

My third taco, very happy. Rides good, gas mileage is decent for what it is, family fits.

But most of all my trucks FUN TO DRIVE.

I can't wait to take off my braces, got a grill just waiting for warmer weather.

Edit- honestly the grill is the only thing I don't like the looks of.

I love my boomin JBL sound system. People cant believe its all OEM when they hear it. I added some felt sound dampening around the door lock assembly so now there is no rattle at all. Its great.

I also love the BSM, and how amazingly equipped these things come now a days. Power is great, MPG is awesome - got 21mpg driving back from PHX to LA yesterday.

Tires that come on it are great. I love the new tires compared to the OEMs on my old trd offroad (2nd gen). World of a difference.

Such an awesome truck! Love my sunroof too! lol

Limited wheels, extra rope hooks in bed.
No issues other than annoying transmission and seeming lack of torque.

Love the smooth engine and gas mileage though, the navigation/radio and the select gear shift on the console.

Also the smooth ride is nice.

Looks great too in my opinion.
