Im originally from Kelowna but live in Calgary AB and am getting a 2010 Charcoal SR5 DC, not too familiar with the truck thing but TRYING, debating my first mods, lift, wheels tires, plastidip, tunneau? Would love to get some in put!

Lift, wheels, tires in that order.

Lift will decide what size tire you can run. What wheels you get will also decide what size tire you can get. Then buy your tires.

    Also Howdy From Coventry Hills.

Was just gonna go cheap with the 3 inch level kit from the dealership, then they had a special on the black TRD rims and 31.6 tires I believe (can't remember what model) $1800 mounted? How's that sound, wish I had more info.

For Canada, with rims and tires (if they're giving you new ones, not reusing your old ones) then yes, that's pretty good.

I paid $1200 for my MTZ's mounted on konigs I already bought elsewhere.

But I'm not a huge fan of the TRD rims. They're nice, but for the price, there's nicer out there.

This is the kind of stuff I need to know, brand new with Bfg A/T's can't remember what size. Might black out the stock ones for now. But interested in my options.

Heather, from New Brunswick, Canada. Own a 2005 regular cab 4x4, just put a new tri fold tonnaue cover on, bought some new wheels Ultra Maverick and 31 inch tires not on yet, thinking of a 2 inch lift, but heard may cause vibration in front end, new bumper has to be painted, frame has to be painted, bull bar on order!! Just replaced the rear window due to my stupidity loading my wheeler! Love my Tacoma, there considered rare here!!

Hi Heather. I absolutely love your truck. You could go crazy on that thing with mods. Take your time, enjoy and do it exactly the way YOU want it. Be careful, this site can cause your bank account to empty pretty quick but it's fun. LOL

Keep us up to date as it evolves, pics please.

Thanks so much Ken, love my truck. I always drove a car, but once I drove my previous employers 98, I said someday I will get one, Don't know if I will do to many mods on it, still haven't got the new bumper and bull bar on, and the lift, but will definetly post pics, just got some black detailer spray on the weekend and just love the shine. Hate the fact that everytime a rock hits it, it gets another dent, I cringe everytime I hear the ting!!
