    Looks like Yakima Q Towers up front. It's possible the rear is an owner fabbed piece or custom welded.

    The rear bed rack is most likely custom made. Got lots of Hawaii trucks running those. Most is bent aluminum or stainless steel piping. That's Kaimana beach across the street by Waikiki and Diamind Head.

    Looked like it could be very functional for a paddle board as well. You could probably draft up a basic design and have a local fabricator build one for you. Looks like couple pieces of angle iron, flat stock and one piece of ~1.5" tubing custom bent. If a kayak is your goal, you could have it made in two sections with the center connecting the two being a roller for loading
