who offroads a 255?

I've got the original KM...in 255 75 17

 

You happy with that size ?

Any snow driving ?

 

I think it is the prefect size between 265 & 285. Plus you can get jeep rubicon take offs pretty cheap on craigslist or ebay. I paid $550 for 5 tires with less than 300 miles on them!

I'll always run this tire for that price!!

We get at the most maybe 8 inches at a time in the winter. Normally closer to 2 or 3. I just recently got my tires within the last couple of months and it got almost to 80° today. Weird for november! But in Arkansas, the saying goes, "If you don't like the weather today, wait for tomorrow."

 

Hey John, sorry to bring up an old thread but I think I'm gonna go with 255's for my next tire. At this point I'm between the KM2's and the Cooper ST's and you're the first person I've come across that has run both. How do they compare (noise, tread life, rain/snow, off-road, etc.)? The way some people talk up the KM2's they make it sound like they would be just as quiet and if I got them siped almost as good in the snow.
