I'm thinking of plopping down the cash for this driver(Merry Christmas to me). Trying to get an idea of which one to buy.

Are you happy with the club?

    9 degree or 10.5 degree?

    Which flex?

    Thanks for any help!

Had an email deal this morning for $50 off of $250 or more @ Golfsmith. I printed the deal & took it to Golfsmith & they honored it.

I bought the 10.5 with stiff flex. My swing typically is a low shot with other drivers I have tried. Was hitting a buddies 9.5 & was only getting 20' off the ground. I get to try it out in the morning, playing 18.

    I can't wait! :)

Thanks. Where did you get that putter? My 14yr old Son needs a better putter.

Took a lesson Friday to learn to hit the driver again. Loving this R11, very forgiving if you hit off center shots. Used it Saturday @ Innsbruck in Helen. Did well on the front nine with it. Struggled on the back, trying to find my new swing. Didn't get the distance I was getting, but still very playable lies.

Crushed it with little effort. I was averaging 250+ on the front 9. Then my swing changed (just learned a new swing the day before, don't have the muscle memory yet) & was slicing slightly on the back 9 & was getting 210-240yds. Which is way better distance than the Cleveland Hibore XL my brother gave me, prior to buying the R11.

I'm still tweeking the club. currently I have the heavy weight (10g) on the toe & the 1g weight on the heel. I do like how you can adjust this club in different combinations.

Before I was able to hit a driver. I was depending on my Ping 2 iron. Some days I could hit it 200-250yds.
