Well this is the end of my 2+ yr. attempt at getting sliders... I bought the sliders during the infamous group-buy, waited god knows how long to get them, then when i finally did... I sold my truck a few months later with them sitting in the bed. 2 years later I bought my truck back and guess what... THE SLIDERS CAME BACK IN THE BED!!!!

I finally decided to get them put on. I originally ordered them with the intentions of welding them to the frame but since scrapped that idea and ordered some wrap around sleeves from CBI Fab in Idaho so there is no need to drill through or weld anything to the frame.

I then hooked up with 0psi (Tommy) on here who made all this possible with his welding skills! He is in Laurel, MD and is down to help people with their welding projects. Send him a PM on here and let him know what you need... you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

    On to the pics...

Tommy doin work at his shop:

All welded up and ready to go on the truck. Again, can't say enough about the quality of work that Tommy did. Because these were originally intended to be welded to the frame the legs weren't in the right spot for the wrap around sleeves... too many things in the way. But Tommy and I were able to put our heads together and make it work.

On the truck with primer on the sleeves:

FINALLY FINISHED!!! with the grip tape:

funny it was actually starting to grow on me... however the plan at this time is to color match front/rear bumpers and sliders with the anthracite color of the wheels

......once i get my front bumper.
