who surfs?

about as big as it got up in northern FL back in mid Sept the week we were there. Good thing I brought the 9'6", lol....

 

you guys from CA,

anywhere in socal (LA-SD) know of anywhere i can drive down & camp out in the RTT and wake up for dawn patrol?

im used to places back east like the oregon inlet i can drive on the beach and hang out. anything like that here? is there reasonable surf up at pismo?

edit: heres a little drop in to contribute to the thread. its from one of the last times i got to surf the east coast (and in my dads 1983 special 1.5mm suit)

 

I used to be really into it in high school and just slowly starting to get back into it I've got a 5"11 and 6"11 Wahl currently looking for a little longer board to cruise on. Usually surf monterey, morro Bay pismo or socal arwas when i get the chance.

Saw how lowers was going off and it really makes me want to get into it muchore again
