ASE Dry, Carbon filter removed, Grillcraft, 5100's. Low Pro Ameriweld box black powder. Tint / Vent Visors. Textured Black skid plate. Husky Liners. Design Seat Covers
Use it in the Harley 3.5 qts. The tacoma gets valvoline Max Life 5w30. Change every 3K or less amsoil could get expensive. On valvoline web site you can register for the warranty.

Legal Florida Tint all-around, 1.5" add-a-leaf, bilstein 5100 rear shocks, Light Racing Coilovers, Removed secondary air filter, K&N airfilter, Amsoil 100% synthetic motor oil, Amsoil synthetic severe gear in rear differential, Differential breather mod, Painted rims and logo's black, amsoil oil filter
I use it in my engine, rear differential, transfer case and will be filling the transmission with amsoil to when i get the time. It's great stuff, plus i'd rather by it off the old guys in my town then support some corporation. Always a good buying experience.

Haven't used it in any of my tacomas - but we've used it in our corvette (severe gear diff oil).

I'd use it again...and maybe even use the Severe Gear oil in the rear end (LSD). I wanted to make sure someone else has done it....since the LSD's have a minor history of going south. Not sure I want to tempt fate while being under drivetrain warrantee (and give Toyota an excuse to deny coverage).

I used Amsoil in my first gen tacoma, 2000 2.7L. I actually had to tear down the engine at 93000 miles for reasons unrelated to the performance of the oil. Anyways the inside of the engine was one of the cleanest that i have ever seen with that mileage, and there was less than a 10 thousanth of wear in the cylinders.

I also used the Amsoil trans fluid, and gear oil. After I switched the manual trans gear oil, transfer case, and diffs, I picked up 1-2 mpg on average.

I use Amsoil in my 2nd gen tacoma, as well as out 4Runner and I use the Amsoil 2 cycle oil in my other equipment.

Needless to say I'm very satisfied and would recommend thsi stuff to anyone.

I had a 2007 Tacoma and used amsoil. My engine failed and because of the amsoil filter Toyota could not warranty it. Amsoil evidently doesn't have the right filter. My opinion is while Amsoil might be good oil they don't stand behind their product and don't care about the customer.
