She arrived today! Total cost for me was 1200! After I got it across the border, and paid my taxes on it! Considering there normally 1300+ taxes, it was a deal!

Oh and my bed box is the correct size! 20170907_163042.jpg
However packageing was a little excessive...

It doesn't look like you've assembled your bedslide deck just yet. Once you do, can you take another pic of your bin on it? Should look more like this:

Here are a few more pics for reference (too lazy to take the spare tire off so these pics should do):

Lol, no need to hide...just wanted to confirm further.

Wait a minute, does yours fit between your wheel wells though? I mean, are you able to access the bedslide with the bin on it? Or will the bin hit the wheel wells?

I was in a hurry when I installed my bedslide yesterday that I didn't get to play with different configurations. Just installed it and called it a day.

I only quickly placed it there, however it seems like it would slide like normal, and not hit anything. I'm thinking of drilling 2 holes and using a T-nut to fasten it there.

    Canadian currency.

we really get the shit end of the pricing stick.

    The slide was $980
Getting across the border cost $50 in shipping
    and $180 in taxes.

    basically its $1000 USD

yeah, Canada really, really, REALLY, sucks sometimes

Just about an hour for me...no fiberglass ribs for me to worry about. Just sat the bedslide in the truck, measured, marked, drilled and bolted down. Had to remove an L track and a d ring from the bed before install though.

I suppose 2nd gens might be different from 3'd gens. I almost hit one on the back 2 bolts. I have a 2017 DCSB for reference.

Also the bed bin just bairly sneaks past my wheel wells. Less then an 1/8" of clearence on each side.

Not sure on the 2nd gens but on my old 1st gen I just drilled through metal...2002 Extra Cab with 6 ft bed.

At least it clears...I still haven't checked to see if mine does. I do like your idea of figuring out a way to mount it on the T slots (should be easy enough).

looks like it's easy enough to chop them up and bolt the shorter box back together
