I have my 5100's sitting in the garage waiting for some springs so I can install them and i started thinking, For those of you that have 5100's and wheel with them, How well do they handle it? I dont do any high speed desert/whoop section stuff just crawling lava fields to go fishing and diving, Usually like a 4-5 mile (one way) crawl from the highway to the ocean, Would they be good for that? Stock trucks make it, kinda, just look at my pics of blown out side walls and smashed stock skid plate. I dont wanna break them/install them if they arent gonna do me any good.

They will do a lot better than the stock struts that for sure.

Grey wire MOD, deck plate, diff breather MOD, 2nd gen. OME 883# on Tundra 5100's, OMD custom 3" leafsprings, rear shock relocation, Ivan Stewart TRD rims w/285/75/16's, '02 bumper MOD, Famous Fabrications sliders , LED interior/exterior lights, bed bar, Custom tube bumper, Old school KC day lighters,Red Ring 8" HID flood, Kenwood vhf 2M.. umm some other shit I'm forgetting right now
I've got 5100's on all corners w/stock springs front & rear & the only regret is not getting them sooner. ANYONE contiplating getting the adjustable 5100's if its a 1st gen. consider the 5 setting adjustable 5100's for a 1st gen. Tundra , Without question THE BEST choice I could've made.

They have handled every obstacle flawlessly....... Billy's FTW
