Fucking sweet!!! You live right at Infineon Raceway? I'm so coming to the races.

Seriously If not. Talk about street racing is not tolerated.

Honestly probably not you if you were to legally race.

Had tons on the old Taco's.... new Tundra is pretty stock
    Ram 5.7 0-60: 8.6sec
    Tacoma 4.0(auto) 0-60: 7.4sec
Looks to me that the Tacoma will win. These trucks have some balls to them. I've been pretty impressed with the 4.0 stock.

Post up time sheets from the track or else it doesn't count and this thread gets deleted.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
That seems high for a quarter mile. Then again it's a 4x4 number, and 4x4's are a bit heavier.

i just dont get the point

take pleasure in the fact that you'll be driving your truck well after his 3rd transmission...and yours will still be worth a decent resale value if you decide on something else later on down the road...

As long as you lean way forward you'll be sure to win. Make a mean motor noise as you accelerate, that makes it faster too.

I had an 06 1500 ram about 4 months ago before i bought my taco. It had the 4.7 V8 and it was decently fast. I think you will lose.

    Those hemi's got some kick.

Oh and my friend has the srt-10 ram. And thats just ridiculous. Fun to ride in though.
