Using as an example, guy.
A family friend bought a car without a.c. and bitched about the car not having it. To me this is the same kind of deal.

 

This was my biggest complaint about my 07 access cab.... so annoying considering its a few cents worth of electrical components

 

Did you check for mud flaps? Or was it not muddy out?

I gotcha, I seriously think the only car sold in the country without AC standard was a base model Dodge Dart.

You can still get Jeep wranglers with manual windows and no ac.

 

All you need to do is train your subconscious to flick the wiper stalk every few seconds. Problem solved.

 

Wait till your woman looks for a damn mirror under the passenger visor, mine bitches every time she pulls it down to put on lipstick or whatever.

I personally would expect to pay a premium for ac and othe options.. ac is a big addition and requires expensive equipment... intermittent wipers are dirt cheap and have been common on base model vehicles for a long time. My 07 for instance had ac but not the wipers.. i would have traded the ac for the wipers instantly. Keep in mind these trucks aren't infinitely configurable. If you didnt have to compromise for your purchase i would say your very lucky to be in a minority.

 

Invest the money you saved on rain-x

I get that. But this isn't leather seats. I'm with OP here. Every tacoma should have intermittent wipers. Period.

 

thank you.....I bought a nice 4 wheel drive truck....ok sound system....AC....power windows, power locks....rear view camera.....cruise control.....One would just assume ....

 

Next people are going to want seat height adjusters.
