Yeah man Right now I'm driving a 2001 Dakota with the big v8 in it. It's a shame that you can't hardly get a v8 in a mid sized truck these days. It's the perfect combo for a DD.

What's the deal with the love affair with the Pro exhaust? It's still a little six banger so it won't have the deep rumble of a V8. If anything it might sound like a can of bees.

The way it worked out the guy that had it ordered was there when I was. He thought he had ordered the Tundra Pro and then it was up for grabs. Dealer gave me the first shot at it but I really wanted the white one instead. So there was a guy that really wanted the grey one coming and I told them let him have it I will wait on the color I really wanted

Has the Pro really reached celebrity status? It's just a full suspension kit at full mark up along with everything else in the catalog.

The Tundra Pro is famous for being a tremendous waste of money.

Too bad it makes less power than a 3.5 taco

But but but.....it has special stickers on it, and base model FOX shocks, and some black parts. Sounds like $10k to me.

Why would it be bad that a new v6 will make more power than an old v8? And a new v8 would be even better than that?

Apparently its a good investment. Whether it is or isn't something all that special theres no shortage of people that want to have the option of buying the next one that comes in. The dealer hasn't required anyone to put a dime down on his orders cause the demand is there.

The sliding rear window was nice along with the leather interior.

I bet, that leather looks really nice in the photos. Does it ride stiff like a typical truck, or does the pro suspension make the ride any softer on the street?

No it really was impressive. I had a buddy with me that had just purchased a chevy colorado and we were both impressed with the suspension. It may be just a Fox shock but its matched up right. We ran it down the road through some hills and over some speed bumps and it was great

Very cool. I'm sure they've got them dialed and tuned in perfectly. I'm looking forward to driving one!

How do you accidentally order the wrong vehicle? Lol "I thought I was ordering a Tundra".

He was an older man thats bought several vehicles from them. Apparently he said Tacoma and meant to say Tundra. He thought he was getting a grey tundra. It was pretty funny when they pulled it around. He looked shocked as if they had shrunk his truck.
